Complaints about bans/blacklisting
Guidelines for complaining about ban/blacklisting on TCM’s gameservers.
Have you been banned or blacklisted?
Do you disagree with admin or are you a victim of a random ban-/blacklist vote from other players?
There is still hope. If you follow these guidelines you could be back on our servers in no time.
These guidelines has been made to make sure gamers/players on our servers will get a quick and fair treatment.
Your complaints will be treated by our Claims Agent.
However, it is important you give him the right information about the incident. Lying will not help your case. The Claims Agents decision is final and can not be appealed for 2 months.
How to make a complaint:
1. Register your complaint on our Open Forum. Make a thread in the board "Complaints about ban/blacklist". This is what you need to post:
A – Your nick and login.
B – Which server you were banned/blacklisted from.
C – Also, let us know if:
1) "You've been banned/blacklisted by an admin" or
2) "You've been banned/blacklisted by other players through a ban/blacklist vote."
2. Finally, make your case. Tell us excactly what happened and provide proof if you got it (screenshots/witnesses etc.).
3. Our Claims Agent will inform you about the process time. He needs to check with the admin in question, chatlogs, screenshots and witnesses. He will then give you his decision.
The Claims Agent can:
1. Maintain the ban/blacklist. You can appeal after 2 months.
2. Give you a temporary ban/blacklist, but not more than 2 months.
3. Grant you access to our servers immediately.
All decisions are final.
You can appeal after 2 months if the ban/blacklist is maintained.
